Talent management and content creation company Fixated officially launches

This week a new company focused on creator management and related services officially announced its existence. The company is called Fixated and was founded by executives who have collectively worked at such companies as FaZe Clan, BMG North America, Raised In Space, Talent X/Sway House, and Content Labs.

The executive team includes co-founder Zach Katz (former president and COO of FaZe Clan, president of BMG North America, and co-founder/CEO of Raised In Space), who will serve as CEO; co-founder Jason Wilhelm (co-founder of Talent X/Sway House and Content Labs) who will serve as president; co-founder Dean Johnson (also a co-founder of Content Labs), who will serve as chief studio officer; and co-founder Luc Boulch (Retention Media founder and YouTube personality), who will serve as chief content officer.

The co-founders are joined by Phil Ranta (former head of gaming creators – North America at Facebook and Mobcrush), who joins as chief operating officer; and Ali Adab (former VP of content & partnerships at BroadbandTV, co-founder of Fetti, and chief content officer at SoleSavy), who will serve as chief growth officer.

While Fixated formally announced its launch this week, the company has been operating quietly since the second half of 2023, with its creator arm already working with content creators such as Sketch, Botez Sisters, and Love Live Serve. The company has also been working on creating content through Roblox and Fortnite, which it claims has “amassed over 250 million plays in the last nine months,” and “launched 20+ shows and channels across YouTube and Snapchat.”
