PSG Talon Partners With Monster Energy

Energy drink brand aligns with prominent Asia Pacific League of Legends team.

PSG Talon teams up with energy drink brand Monster Energy.


PSG Talon announced Thursday that it has inked a partnership deal with energy drink brand Monster Energy.

Financial terms and duration of the deal were not disclosed. 

PSG Talon is a joint venture between the esports division of the Paris Saint-Germain Football Club (PSG) and Asia Pacific-based esports organization Talon. The organization primarily competes in the League of Legends Pacific Championship Series (PCS).

Under the terms of this new deal, Monster Energy will receive prominent placement on player jerseys and a brand presence on social media, streaming platforms, and other platforms where PSG deploys content. In addition, PSG Talon says that the companies will engage in a number of activities including collaborations, exclusive behind-the-scenes content, interactive experiences, and more,  according to a release.

Monster Energy joins other Talon partners and sponsors including PSG, Steelseries, Secretlab, Peppermint Field, Carnival, and Chef Cares. 

The organization currently fields teams in League of Legends, Valorant, Street Fighter 6, Dota 2, Arena of Valor, PUBG Mobile, Rainbow Six Siege, StarCraft II, TEKKEN 8, and Pokemon Unite. These professional rosters primarily compete in Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
