The Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) announced Tuesday the launch of its Global Esports Industry Advisory Board, and the appointment of two board members from tournament organizers ESL FACEIT Group and BLAST. The Global Esports Industry Advisory Board is designed to provide โexpert adviceโ from members of the esports industry to ESICโs CEO on a โrange of critical industry issues,โ according to a release.
Joining the advisory board this week are ESL FACEIT Group SVP of Public & International Affairs David Neichel and BLAST CEO Robbie Douek.
ESIC said that the board will โmeet as required to address strategic challenges and ensure that ESICโs initiatives effectively meet current and future industry needs.โ
