RLCS Major 1 taking place in Copenhagen at the end of March

Tournament organizer BLAST announced this week that the Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) Major 1 will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, from March 28-31, at the K.B. Hallen Arena. This is the first major competition of the calendar year for Epic Games’ popular action racing game.

The 2024 Major 1 will also be the first RLCS event to take place in Denmark, with teams competing for a share of the $255K USD  prize pool in front of a live audience. Teams will also be competing to earn additional RLCS Points for placement in the Rocket League World Championship this September.

Tickets for the competition officially go on sale at 4:00 PM CET/7:00 AM PT on  Feb. 16.

The Denmark-based tournament organizer announced on Jan. 2, that it had signed a multi-year deal with Epic Games to operate the Fortnite Championship Series (FNCS) and the Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) in 2024.
