The Esports Awards announced Thursday that its awards show ceremony and other-related activities will return to Las Vegas. In its ninth year, the main ceremony will be held at Las Vegas nightclub Zouk, Nov. 29 – 30.

In addition, organizers announced a partnership with 5GRV: Gamers on the Road, who will also serve as presenters of the Esports Host of the Year Award—they will also embark on Season Two of  their YouTube reality show with content creators BarefootTasha, DefinedbyKy, and LeeshCapeesh and comedian GloZell on a road trip adventure “to the 2023 Esports Awards to celebrate diversity within gaming and beyond.”

The 2023 Esports Awards will also feature a self-nomination format, “open to B2B professionals alongside select media outlets in the esports industry.” More details on that process can be found here.

Finally, this year’s awards ceremony will offer dedicated awards for collegiate esports, taking place Nov. 28 and under the banner of what ESA is calling “The Scholars.” More details on this will be released at a later date.

Maybe we’ll see you there…then again, maybe you won’t.
