OverActive Media announced Thursday that it has signed new sponsorship agreements with AMD and LG UltraGear, and renewed existing partnerships with SCUF Gaming and Nielsen Sports.

Financial terms of these deals were not disclosed.

Under the terms of its new deal with AMD, the companies will work with Call of Duty League team Toronto Ultra and Overwatch League franchise Toronto Defiant for content and activation opportunities, according to a release. AMD will also serve as a presenting sponsor of the “Toronto Ultra Challengers Tournament,” a path-to-pro event taking place during the Toronto Ultra Call of Duty League Major V Tournament powered by Bell from May 25-28.

LG UltraGear will serve as the presenting partner for the Call of Duty League Major IV tournament and qualifiers, and will work with the company on marketing and other activations.

SCUF has been a partner of OverActive since 2020 and will continue to serve as Toronto Ultra’s official controller and accessory partner, according to the announcement.

Finally, Nielsen Sports, which provides OAM sports media and sponsorship valuation data, will now include the company’s European-based team MAD Lions.

OverActive Media’s business operations segment, which handles switch things as partnerships and sponsorships, merchandising, and live event sales, recorded a 23% year-over-year revenue growth to $5.98M in FY 2022, but overall the company realized a loss in FY 2022 due to other factors.
