Construction Complete on Oni Studios Headquarters

Construction on the headquarters of Oni Studios is complete and officially opened for business in Austin, Texas, on Wednesday. The Austin-based, content creator-focused talent agency was founded in 2020 by popular Fortnite content creator Ali “SypherPK” Hassan and his wife Daniela Ali (who has managed his career as COO of SypherPK).

For those who don’t know, Hassan is a popular content creator who focuses on Fortnite and has 1.7M followers on Twitter, 6.35M on YouTube, and 6.3M on Twitch. In January of last year Hassan announced the construction of the Austin-based facility.

The 30,000-square-foot facility offers studios for podcasting, workstations, setups ready for streaming, conference rooms, offices, a photography studio, and an area dedicated to building sets for video shoots that can be used for in-house productions or third-parties.

The idea behind the new headquarters is to have a space where creatives who sign with Oni can work under one roof and have access to a team of professionals that can help with signing partnerships and sponsorships, with business development, and generally provide support that most content creators only have access to outside of signing with a major talent management firm.

The entire operation is funded by Hassan’s income from being a content creator, and while we don’t know the precise amount of money it took to fund construction, it’s safe to say the cost is somewhere in the “millions of dollars” range.
