PUBG Mobile Esports announced Thursday details on the inaugural PUBG Mobile World Cup, as part of the Saudi Arabian government-backed Esports World Cup, taking place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in July.

The PUBG Mobile World Cup will feature a total prize pool of $3M USD and will feature 24 teams from Southeast Asia, EMEA, and the Americas across three stages of competition, according to a release.

Five teams from Southeast Asia, four teams from Central and South Asia, four teams from EMEA, three teams from The Americas, two teams from China, one from South Korea, one from Japan and the winners of the PUBG Rivals Cup (PMRC) Korea vs Japan tournament.
