Evolution Championship Series (Evo) announced that restaurant chain Chipotle will serve as the presenting partner and revealed details on the competitive titles that will be included this year, a new ticketing structure, and other activities and areas of interest for fans on the show floor.
Evo 2024 will take place in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center from July 19-21.
Financial terms of the partnership with Chipotle were not disclosed, but like last year, the restaurant chain will offer activities, activations, giveaways, and more during the event. Chipotle branding will also be found throughout the West Hallt, and on Evo’s social media platforms.
Competitions that will be showcased at this year’s event include Capcom’s Street Fighter 6 and Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike, Bandai Namco Entertainment’s TEKKEN 8, Warner Bros. Games’ Mortal Kombat 1, Arc System Works’ Guilty Gear -Strive-, SNK’s THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV, Cygames’ Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising, and Arc System Works’ Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes. In addition, Evo is touting a new “Arena Finals Experience,” which will showcase the top six finalists from Evo’s tournament line-up of all eight featured games.
This year, attendees will have the option to purchase an “all-inclusive ticket” for the arena matches and access to the show floor during all three days of the event.
The show floor will feature an Arcade area, bring your own computer/console (BYOC) and casual gaming areas, an “artist alley,” a space for vendors called “Vendor Village,” booths for game makers, and the “Beyond the Arcade Stick Museum.” Evo will also feature a cosplay contest, dioramas for photo opps, and more.
Finally, the Evo Showcase makes a return in 2024, with a dedicated stage for special events such as publisher panels, game reveals, and “surprise exhibitions.”

Evo is owned and operated through a joint venture between Sony Interactive Entertainment and RTS, a division of talent agency Endeavor. The biggest FGC event in the world was acquired by the group in March 2021.
