PUBG Esports reveals partnered teams for 2024

PUBG Esports announced Friday the 10 teams that will be part of the PUBG Esports Global Partner Team program in 2024. The program, which went into effect in 2023, will see eight partner teams remain for 2024: 17Gaming, FaZe Clan, Four Angry Men, Gen.G Esports, Natus Vincere (NAVI), Petrichor Road, Soniqs, and Twisted Minds.

New to the program in 2024 are two teams: Vietnam-based CERBERUS Esports and Thailand-based Daytrade Gaming.

This year’s teams were selected based on criteria established at the end of 2022 including “Governance” (a team’s stability, future commitment to PUBG esports, and legal structure), “Fandom” (value contribution and its presence in the community), and “History” (its past in the scene and the team’s structure).

The benefits of being a partnered team includes (but is not limited to) team-branded items available in-game (with revenue sharing of those in-game item sales), and a guaranteed slot to participate in PUBG Global Series competitions.

PUBG Esports global partner team evaluation criteria includes an organization's governance, fandom, and history.

PUBG Esports announced its 2024 competition roadmap earlier this month. New to the calendar this year is a mid-season event to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
