North American esports organization M80 announced Wednesday that it has partnered with Germany-based gaming and esports sponsorship and marketing analytics firm Shikenso Analytics.
Financial terms and duration of the deal were not disclosed.
Under the terms of this new partnership, M80 will use Shikenso’s AI-powered, marketing and sponsorship analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of partner and sponsor campaigns during live streams, in video content, during partner integrations and activations, and across social media and live streaming channels.
Launched earlier this year by former XSET employees Marco Mereu and Nate Schanker (who was this week named as a member of the class of 2024 Forbes 30 Under 30), M80 currently fields professional rosters in Valorant, Rainbow Six: Siege, Counter Strike 2, Street Fighter, and Rocket League, among others. The company’s current sponsors and partners include Aimlabs, Zowie, Secretlab, Forge, Gamesense, and Omnicoach.
M80 is the latest in what seems to be a continually growing list of companies that have partnered with Shikenso including Fnatic, INSIGHT, Ninjas in Pyjamas (NIP Group), KRÜ Esports,  FURIA, Turtle Beach, Pinnacle, G2 Esports, GAIMIN Gladiators, Berlin-based BIG, and Portugal-based Saw.gg.
