Oxygen Esports announced Monday that it will host the Call of Duty League 2024 Major I Tournament in partnership with Live Nation, and its CDL team Boston Breach at the MGM Music Hall in Fenway Park in Boston.

For the second consecutive year, the tournament will invite CDL fans to come to Boston, where (it expects) nearly 15,000 guests to attend over the course of the tournament weekend. Boston Breach and other CDL teams will compete for a share of a $500K USD prize pool. The tournament will take place Jan. 25 – Jan. 28, 2024. Tickets for the Major 1 are already on sale, according to a release.

The MGM Music Hall is a multi-purpose performing arts center that can accommodate up to 5,000 guests, depending on configuration. The venue is operated by Fenway Music Company, a joint venture between Fenway Sports Management and Live Nation.

Oxygen Esports operates teams in several leagues including Boston Breach (CDL), Boston Uprising (Overwatch League),  a Rainbow Six Siege North American League team, a Rocket League Championship Series team, and a Valorant roster.

Oxygen Esports announced in December of 2021 that it would work with New England Patriots owner The Kraft Group to operate its Overwatch League and the Call of Duty League franchises.
