Berlin-based player performance agency Achieveminds announced Wednesday that it has partnered with Icelandic fish oil company Dropi.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The new deal is part of Achieveminds’ mission to provide players with a range of health and performance benefits for enhancing esports performance, which it believes “creates a path to healthier and more successful esports athletes.” Dropi will be provided to players to help with boosting cognitive function and reducing stress, according to a release.

Achieveminds was founded in September 2021 by Fabian Broich, who has served in various player performance and coaching roles at some of the top esports organizations and companies in Europe including FC Schalke 04 (performance manager – esports), Astralis (assistant coach & team manager), EXCEL (head of performance), and Berlin International Gaming (sports psychologist- CS:GO), among others. He has also served as a partner at Talent Pathway iD, and head of sports at the Esports Player Foundation. Most recently, he wrote several articles on esports player performance for the International Olympic Committee.

Having served at multiple esports companies in the past, Broich launched Achieveminds to help organizations and players more broadly with managing their professional lives by helping with schedules, sleep, physical fitness, nutrition, and mental health, with the end goal being improved performance in competition.
