Liz Moulton has left Activision Blizzard to join sports and entertainment firm Elevate as its new chief talent and people officer—a new role created by the company, alongside a new division she will lead called Elevate Talent. She will also serve on the women’s leadership committee at the company to help the company offer new opportunities for women.
Moulton spent more than three years at Activision Blizzard, most recently serving as global head of talent, with a focus on driving diversity hiring and creating an inclusive culture within the company. She initially joined the company in June of 2022 to take on the role of global head of executive practice, where she focused on policies and practices related to retaining executive talent. Â
Prior to Activision Blizzard, she worked in executive and leadership roles at such companies as Spencer Stuart, Korn Ferry, Russell Reynolds Associates, and The Advisory Board Company.
