ESL FACEIT Group (EFG) and ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) announced an extension of their partnership, with ASUS ROG becoming the exclusive and official OEM partner for ESL Pro League (EPL) Season 18. The extension of the partnership follows what EFG calls “successful integrations during the ESL Pro League Season 16 and Season 17.”

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Under the terms of this extension into Season 18 of the ESL Pro League, ASUS ROG will continue to implement multiple brand integrations in several broadcast segments, and engage in “various audience engagement opportunities” during these live streams to promote its ROG Strix SCAR 16/18 series gaming laptop featuring 13th Gen Intel Core i9 processors.

ESL Pro League Season 18 will officially launch in Malta on Aug. 30, and will feature 32 Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) teams competing in the Group Stage to secure a spot in the Playoffs taking place Sept. 26 – Oct. 1 (the playoffs will feature a total prize pool of $850K USD).
