London-based, publicly-traded esports organization Guild Esports (LSE: GILD; OTCQB: GULDF) announced Monday that it has entered into a partnership with PIXELS AI, an AI-driven video distribution and digital advertising service.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the term is for one year.
Under the terms of this new partnership, Guild will work with the company to ” generate new advertising revenues from its owned video content” by Pixels’ AI-powered video platform. Pixel AI’s technology is currently being used by publications such as The Independent and its international editions (Independent Arabia and Independent en Español), Evening Standard, Bloomberg, and National World (formerly JPIMedia). Revenues generated from this partnership will be shared between Guild and PIXELS AI in line with publisher agreements.
The partnership with Guild represents PIXELS AI’s first foray into gaming/esports.
PIXELS AI joins other Guild partners and sponsors including hummel, Coca-Cola, Hyperice, Samsung Neo QLED, Samsung Odyssey, Bitstamp, Subway, Sky Broadband, and Secretlab.
