Financial terms and duration of the deal were not disclosed, though given the renewal a year later one would surmise that this will run until July of 2024.

Under the terms of this new partnership, Spotify will provide exclusive content to fans that tune in to German broadcasts, including ESL Meisterschaft and the ESL Pro Tour for Counter-Strike.

That new and exclusive content beyond broadcasts of events also includes the Counter-Strike podcast “Talking Counter.” In addition, Spotify will serve as the official partner for ESL’s Counter-Strike German National Championship (the ESL Meisterschaft), and as a German broadcast partner for the ESL Pro Tour for Counter-Strike.
