Indian esports organization Orangutan Esports announced Wednesday that it has partnered with global sports apparel company PUMA.
Financial terms and duration of this new partnership were not disclosed.
Under the terms of this new deal, PUMA will serve as the organization’s performance partner and will also be a kit partner, with the company’s branding appearing prominently on Orangutan players’ jerseys. While details are thin on what other ways the companies will collaborate together, it is likely that Orangutan will create content revolving around PUMA for YouTube, Rooter, and social media channels.
PUMA joins Orangutan’s other partners including streaming service Rooter, CYBEART, and Fanclash.
The Mumbai-based organization has rosters in Free Fire, Battlegrounds Mobile India (which will soon return in the region after being banned for 10 months by the Indian government), Valorant, and Pokémon Unite
