Esports organization Evil Geniuses announced Tuesday that it has signed a partnership agreement with esports-focused online crypto betting platform Thunderpick.
Financial terms and duration of the deal were not disclosed.
Under the terms of this new partnership, Thunderpick will become the “marquee partner” for all three of EG’s Counter-Strike:Global Offensive teams including Blue, Black, and Gold. Thunderpick will also serve as the “official crypto esports casino and gambling partner of Evil Geniuses.”
Thunderpick said in a release that it plans to work with EG on player meet-and-greets, activations, promotional content with players, and giveaways. We also assume that the deal will include logo placement on CS:GO team jerseys and other team-related promotional materials on social media and streaming channels owned by EG.
Thunderpick joins other current EG sponsors including Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Secretlab, LG Ultra Gear, VK Game, and Wolverhampton Wanderers (Wolves).
