BMW Group Middle East announced a partnership Monday with MENA-based esports organization Nigma Galaxy

Financial terms and duration of the deal were not disclosed.

As part of this new deal a new collaboration video was released featuring Nigma Galaxy players Hamody and LORD, putting “their skill and focus to the test while in the backseat of a BMW M5 Competition… while on the move in the dashing sports saloon at the Dubai Autodrome.”

While BMW Group Middle East did not specifically disclose further details, one would assume that Nigma Galaxy will promote the brand with co-marketing efforts, through social media and streaming channels and with team jersey placement.

BMW Group Middle East joins other Nigma Galaxy sponsors such as United Arab Emirates-based airline Etihad Airways and United Arab Emirates real estate company Aldar Properties.

Nigma Galaxy is the result of a 2019 merger between China-based Team Nigma and MENA-based Galaxy Racer and currently operates multiple competitive teams in League of Legends, Dota 2, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, and Wild Rift.

The announcement comes on the heels of Nigma Galaxy being crowned the champion of the PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) Arabia Fall 2023.
