Esports and entertainment production company Epulze and sponsorship analytics firm Shikenso Analytics announced Thursday a sponsorship data partnership for the Dota 2 Bali Major, the last official Valve Major event on the competitive calendar until The International.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Using its AI-driven sponsorship analytics technology, Shikenso will monitor partnerships across streaming and social channels during the event to help Epulze determine the value and effectiveness of brand placement, exposure to audience, and more.

Earlier this week international clothing retailer and fashion company H&M was announced as a sponsor of the event;  H&M will provide outfits for key on-screen talent,  and engage in pre-event giveaways and activations. Financial terms of that deal were not disclosed.

The Dota 2 Bali Major tournament will see 16 teams competing for a piece of the $500K USD prize pool and 3,500 DPC points. The group stage runs from June 29 – July 3, with playoffs running from July 5 – 9.

The event is being run by Southeast Asian esports event management solutions company IO Esports in conjunction with Epulze. The International will take place in Seattle, Washington, at the Climate Pledge Arena from Oct. 27 – 29.
