Eastern Europe esports organization Team Spirit announced this week that it signed a partnership deal with Russian food delivery service Yandex Eats. The brand will be named the official partner of Team Spirit’s Dota 2, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, and Hearthstone divisions, and will be featured on the team jerseys.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Team Spirit was one of the most successful esports organizations in 2021, winning over $21.5M USD in prize money—the lion’s share of $40M in Dota 2’s The International in 2021. Yandex Eats, owned by Russia’s biggest search engine, is one of the biggest food delivery companies in Russia.
