The Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) announced partnerships with Mobile Legends: Bang Bang developer MOONTON Games and ESL FACEIT Group this week

Financial terms of these new deals were not disclosed.

The partnership (enshrined in a Memorandum of Understanding) with MOONTON will span “information sharing, educational campaigns, policy development, risk management, and the identification of emerging threats in esports.” As part of the deal, MOONTON will join ESIC’s Publisher Committee, where it will work with the organization to develop integrity policies.

“MOONTON Games has long been the leader in the global mobile esports space, and we are excited to welcome them as a partner in our ongoing efforts to protect the integrity of esports,” said Stephen Hanna, CEO of ESIC. “Through this partnership, we aim to promote a fair and secure competitive environment, ensuring that mobile esports can continue to thrive.”

ESIC also announced that Saudi Arabian government-owned ESL FACEIT Group will serve as the presenting partner for the 2024 ESIC Global Esports Summit (EGES), scheduled to take place Oct. 3-4, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia, prior to the launch of DreamHack Atlanta.

The summit will provide attendees with networking opportunities, keynote presentations, expert panels, and collaborative workshops, focusing on the latest developments, challenges, and opportunities in the esports ecosystem.

More details about EGES can be found at www.eges.gg.

The ESIC is described as a non-profit members’ association established in 2016 to promote and facilitate competitive integrity in esports, dealing with such topics as cheating, doping, and match-fixing.
