Skyesports partners Oddin for Counter-Strike 2 in India

Esports betting data company Oddin.gg announced Tuesday that it has signed a partnership with India-based tournament organizer Skyesports, with a focus on its Counter-Strike 2 competitions in the region.

Financial terms and duration of the deal were not disclosed.

Earlier this year, Skyesports announced a $1M USD commitment to competitions related to Counter-Strike 2, with tentative plans for six international tournaments featuring teams from India, Southeast Asia, North America, and Europe.

Under the terms of the deal Oddin.gg will provide “official data distribution” for Skyesports’ Counter-Strike 2 esports tournaments in 2024″ across all of its betting products. The two companies will also explore “additional data-driven experiences for esports fans in the future,” according to a release.

“Skyesports has rapidly emerged as the driving force behind esports in India through their portfolio of innovative tournaments and events,” Oddin.gg Managing Director and Co-founder Marek Suchar said in a release. “We’re thrilled to partner with their visionary team as they continue expanding the esports landscape globally. Oddin’s official data will provide robust integrity while fueling new esports engagement opportunities.”

Oddin.gg powers esports data solutions for Betway, Yolo Group, Stake, OpenBet, Altenar, Betby, and other sportsbooks and platform providers around the world. The company recently announced partnerships with Sportradar and Torrero, which describes itself as an “all-in-one source for cutting-edge white-label casino, sportsbook solutions, and B2B aggregation” company.
