Esports and game data platform company GRID announced Monday details on Champion of Champions Tour Global Finals, taking place in May.
The CCT Grand Finals will take place May 16-23, and feature a total prize pool of $500K USD. The online competition will be broadcast live on the official CCT_CS Twitch channel. Out of 16 teams that competed in the CT Studio Finals and CCT Online Finals events, 11 Counter-Strike 2 teams qualified to participate in the finals.
“The CCT 2022/2023 season was a massive undertaking and the reception by the community, teams, talent, and our partners was incredibly rewarding and humbling,” said GRID Head of Tournament Operations Fabian Logemann. “We’re excited to cap off the first Tour with Global Finals in May, and while online, we can’t wait to put on a show to crown the Champion of Champions. The team and I would like to express our gratitude to the fans, players, talent and all of our valued partners that made the CCT a success!”
