Enthusiast Gaming revealed this week that it is working with entertainment streaming service Netflix to promote the next chapter in the animated series based on Konami’s popular game franchise Castlevania with a live Twitch event featuring several content creators from its wholly-owned subsidiary Luminosity Gaming.

To celebrate the official launch of Castlevania: Nocturne on Thursday (Sept. 18), Enthusiast Gaming will host a 24-hour “Twitch Plays Castlevania” session on Tuesday (Sept. 26) in Netflix’s Twitch channel. As is the usual for “Twitch Plays: sessions, fans in Twitch chat for the channel will be able to control the action going on in the stream.

Enthusiast will also take part in a live co-stream of a 90-minute block of a Castlevania and Netflix animation showcase called Drop 0 on Wednesday (Sept. 27) at 9 a.m. ET. Luminosity personalities Livillon, KarimCheese, and KDotDaGawd will host co-streams of Drop 0, and others who are interested in doing the same can get in on the action by visiting Netflixdrop.com.

This new collaboration between Netflix and Enthusiast Gaming follows the release of the Fortnite x One Piece experience earlier this month.

Following the conclusion of Castlevania, Netflix announced that it would continue to develop properties in the popular universe created by Konami. Castlevania: Nocturne is an all new storyline that is based loosely on the games Castlevania: Rondo of Blood and its sequel Symphony of the Night. The eight episode story arch focuses on a young Richter Belmont during the French Revolution and was written by British screenwriter Clive Bradley (WΔZ, That Summer Day, Trapped), replacing Warren Ellis.

Castlevania: Nocturne is a mature rated show.
