International esports organization Team Liquid announced Friday its plans to release a new music track and accompanying music video called “Turn The Tide,” featuring artists such as 2WEI, Edda Hayes, and Kataem.

The track will serve as Team Liquid’s “official anthem” and is being released to coincide with the upcoming Valorant Champions 2023 tournament, where it will represent the EMEA region. The track will be made available on 2WEI’s Spotify page, while the music video will be released on Team Liquid’s Valorant YouTube channel.

The music track and video represent the first time that 2WEI has collaborated with an esports team to produce music. Team Liquid said in a release that the theme of the new music is “pursuing excellence” and “mastering challenges,” and “reflect[s] Team Liquid’s journey to reach Valorant Champions 2023.”

Artist Edda Hayes appears in the video in her signature mask, and provides lead vocals for the song, while Kataem contributes additional vocals.

The music track and video are co-sponsored by partner Alienware and Team Liquid’s Rhys Rasmussen served as the music video’s director, while Tiago “3n19ma” Paixao led post-production as 3D Lead.

Team Liquid also announced that 2WEI and Edda Hayes will host an AMA on Aug. 8, in the Team Liquid Discord server. Further promotion of the music video and Team Liquid’s Valorant Champions 2023 tour will be announced in their social media channels, the organization said.
