Tundra Esports Hires David Dashtoyan as Head of Business Development

London-based esports organization Tundra Esports announced Thursday that it has hired David Dashtoyan as its new head of business development. Dashtoyan will work alongside Tundra’s sister company—EPIC Global—to take charge of commercial and business development operations, according to a release.

Prior to joining Tundra, Dashtoyan worked as the head of business development – esports at MTS Group, where he helped steer the company’s efforts with its CIS-focused streaming platform WASD.TV and Gambit Esports. He has also held executive roles at New York-based esports team Forward Gaming (CEO & founder) and Mail.Ru Group subsidiary’s ESforce Holding where he led sponsorships efforts for Virtus.pro.

Tundra currently competes on Dota 2, Rocket League, and Fortnite, and supports a handful of content creators. Its current partners include 1xBET, Noblechairs, and SideQuest Gamers Hub.
