Dom Sacco is the founder of Esports News UK, which he led for a decade before exiting in 2025.

He brings two decades of full-time journalism and writing experience, including editorial roles at PC Retail and bylines across outlets such as MCV, Nintendo Official Magazine, and GamesTM. His freelance work has also appeared with GamesIndustry.biz and for brands including Riot Games and Red Bull.

Dom regularly speaks to college and university students about esports journalism, and is currently writing a book on his experiences and the evolution of UK esports.

UK gamers’ spend on streaming and game culture up 42%
