Long-running Danish esports organization Astralis has announced a strategic partnership with crypto-based online gambling brand Stake. As indicated by the photo posted by Astralis to accompany the announcement, Stake will become the main jersey sponsor for the legendary Counter-Strike brand. In a release, Astralis noted that the deal will include “integrated activations, digital campaigns, and content that brings fans closer to our players, our performance culture, and our competitive journey.”

Last month, Stake secured a five-year online casino and sports betting license in Denmark. The company also established a new headquarters at Parken Stadium, home of FC Copenhagen. With this license, Stake has made its first entry into the Nordic region, a staple of esports competition perhaps most notable for its place in Counter-Strike history. The region has been home to some of the game’s biggest names, players, and orgs alike, as well as massive tournaments. Copenhagen itself hosted the PGL Major back in 2024.

Stake’s parent company, Easygo Entertainment, is also the founder of livestreaming service Kick.

Astralis is also partnered with Zowie, Elgiganten, and Bazoom. The organization is currently sporting its new Stake jerseys in the ESL Pro League.
