The Spanish Call of Duty Federation (FECOD) formally announced Tuesday the launch of the FECOD Circuit 2026, a completely revamped competitive circuit for Call of Duty players in Spain. The new circuit is part of the federation’s mission statement to foster, improve, and grow the professional Call of Duty scene in the region.
The new circuit will run from Dec. 10 until July 2026, and will feature a combination of online and in-person events. FECOD Circuit 2026 will also feature a “progressive scoring system” where players accumulate points throughout the season based on “results, consistency, and participation.” FECOD promises that in-person events will feature a “substantial prize pool” as well. The online and in-person events will ultimately lead into larger events (likely tied to its partnerships with Miami Heretics and Toronto KOI), though specific details were not disclosed as of this writing.
“It is a source of pride for me and the FECOD team to present this 2026 Circuit,” said Jorge Álvarez, president of FECOD. “We have been working and finalizing collaborations for four months to be able to offer the community what it so desperately needed: an open, dynamic, comprehensive, and sustainable circuit. We have listened to many voices within the Spanish Call of Duty community and have tried to unify all their opinions in a circuit like the one we are presenting here. Without a doubt, this is the first step towards a new chapter in Call of Duty’s story.”
FECOD is on a bit of an announcement spree as of late; on Nov. 30, the federation announced that it had acquired the rights to broadcast all matches of the 2025-2026 Call of Duty League season in full through its Twitch channel. In October it announced that it had inked an agreement with tournament platform Torneum, and in September it announced an agreement with Miami Heretics to open and free professional circuit.
