BLAST signs deal with BetBoom for Latin America.

International tournament organizer BLAST and global iGaming company BetBoom have signed a new agreement for broadcasting and betting in Latin America Tuesday.

Financial terms and duration of the deal were not disclosed.

Under the terms of this new partnership, BetBoom will serve as licensed media rights holder and exclusive betting partner for the Portuguese and Spanish language broadcasts in Latin America and in Brazil for future BLAST Premier (Counter-Strike 2) and BLAST Slam (Dota 2) tournaments.

The agreement grants BetBoom exclusive media rights for the region starting in 2026 and will also see both collaborate to deliver “more events, content, and in-person activations in Brazil and Latin America.

The partnership will include six Counter-Strike 2 events (four of which are in-person events) and four Dota events per year. In addition, BetBoom plans to work with leading streamers, talent, and influencers in the region to further enhance broadcasts in local markets.

“This historic agreement will bring BLAST tournaments and the BetBoom brand to an even wider audience in Brazil and Latin America. BetBoom, with its focus on high-quality entertainment, will deliver a fantastic product and great value to this extremely passionate community,” said Alexander Lewin, commercial VP of BLAST. “We look forward to working closely with them and continuing to invest in bringing more events and activities to the region in the future.”

BetBoom is no stranger to the world of esports in Latin America and Brazil; the company currently sponsors BetBoom Team and Team Spirit, and is also an official sponsor of the Brazilian esports organization FURIA. BetBoom also sponsors Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo, content creators Markola and Hudson, and Dezorganizada Furiosa, a community of FURIA fans.
