International esports organization Team Liquid announced Friday that it has signed a new sponsorship agreement with online sports betting company Duelbits.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Under the terms of this new deal, Team Liquid’s Counter-Strike 2 team will receive support from the company,  will display its branding on jerseys, and promote it via social media and video content on various platforms.

Team Liquid will also promote “responsible and safe gambling with content that encourages healthier ways to engage with the activity.” The key focus for Team Liquid’s promotion, marketing, and jointly developed activations will be on the company’s sportsbook products.

“Sports betting has always been interesting to Team Liquid because it adds a new layer to how fans engage with competition,” said Team Liquid founder and co-CEO Victor Goossens. “However, we also recognize that it’s a complicated space, which is why we want to dedicate our efforts to education and responsibility. Duelbits sees things the same way, and we’re glad to find a partner that supports a shared goal.”

The partnership officially debuts this weekend in Budapest during the StarLadder Major, where the brand will appear on Team Liquid’s Counter-Strike jersey–Team Liquid’s Major journey will begin in Swiss Stage 2 on Nov. 29 (Saturday).
