GameSquare Teams With Clout for FaZe Esports Pass

Fan-engagement platform offers prizes for FaZe Esports’ most avid fans.

GameSquare partners with Clout for FaZe Esports Pass.

Publicly traded esports and gaming company GameSquare Holdings (NASDAQ:GAME) recently announced the launch of the FaZe Esports Pass, an “all-access digital membership” developed through a new partnership with fan-engagement platform Clout.

Financial terms of this partnership were not disclosed.

The FaZe Esports Pass which is available through the Clout platform, introduces what GameSquare calls a “scalable digital product designed to deepen fan engagement, expand recurring revenue streams, and unlock a long-term, gamified marketplace for FaZe fans worldwide.” FaZe fans that use the pass will get access to “exclusive rewards, challenges, and benefits” in a gamified setting through a “battlepass-styled marketplace” for rewards and unique drops.

The first “season” of this initiative will run through Feb. 18, 2026.

“The FaZe Esports Pass and our partnership with Clout mark major milestones in executing our digital strategy and building scalable, high-margin products across the GameSquare ecosystem,” said Justin Kenna, CEO of GameSquare. “The FaZe Esports Pass is purpose-built for today’s fan offering an interactive, gamified, and reward-driven online experience. It expands our monetization opportunities, strengthens the FaZe Esports brand, and creates a new repeatable product framework we can extend into other GameSquare properties, teams, and partners.”

Finally, GameSquare said in its announcement that “future seasons” will include new collaborations, partner integrations, reward tiers, and expanded cross-ecosystem features “powered by GameSquare’s growing technology infrastructure.”

In case you are not familiar with it, Clout is a fan engagement platform on the web, iOS, and Android devices that aims to turn engagements with teams, brands, and creators into rewards and other prizes for fans. More details on the platform can be found at ww.playclout.gg.

FaZe Esports is the esports brand of GameSquare and currently competes in Counter-Strike 2, Call of Duty (through FaZe Call of Duty League Franchise FaZe Vegas), and Fortnite.
