Esports wagering solutions company DATA.BET announced Wednesday that it has signed what it describes as “a major partnership” with Brazil-based sports-tech platform Rei do Pitaco.
Financial terms and duration of the deal were not disclosed.
Under the terms of this deal, DATA.BET will provide Rei do Pitaco with its full suite of esports-related data, including its odds feed, bet builder product, and various related widgets. In addition, Rei do Pitaco will gain access to “30+ disciplines and 10,000+ monthly events, localization, and market-tailored coverage” for Brazilian users, and more.
DATA.BET said that this new deal is part of the company’s expansion into Latin American markets, following receiving its GLI certification in Brazil.
“This partnership is about depth and reliability at scale. We’re bringing RDP an esports layer that’s rich in content and strong on risk so they can deliver consistent margins and an outstanding user experience,” said Otto Bonning, head of sales at DATA.BET. “Our teams are aligned on a clear roadmap to grow RDP’s esports offering across Brazil.”
DATA.BET describes itself as a “tech-savvy provider of flexible solutions for esports betting that redefines industry standards.” The company’s portfolio includes esports-focused odds feed, live score feed, in-house risk management, and a single-page application (SPA) as an embedded solution.
