Prodigy Agency hires Martin Demilly and Aurélien Couprit.

Toulouse, France-based esports and gaming company Prodigy Agency announced Monday that it has hired Martin Demilly as head of sales & partnerships and Aurélien Couprit as sales & partnerships team manager.

Demilly joins Prodigy Agency from ESL FACIT Group where he spent nearly five years in various executive roles that focused on building partnerships and relationships. Prior to ESL FACEIT Group, he spent time in executive roles at Gulf Oil International, Manpower France, Airbus, SparkUp Fundraising, and TechViz, among others.

Couprit joins Prodigy agency following a two year contract with the government of Bussy-Saint-Georges, France. Prior to that he worked for Gameward and Prodigy Agency as campaigns manager for one year. In his new role he will lead campaign management and execution for the company.

Prodigy Agency might be best known as the agency of record representing top esports players such as TenZ, ZywOo, aspas, Jinggg, ScreaM, Jojopyun, and zen, among others. With Prodigy Solutions, the company aims to launch dedicated teams in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia to service clients interested in tapping into its player and influencer network, which it claims “boasts over 50 million followers worldwide.”

In December 2024, the agency announced the launch of a new division called Prodigy Solutions which aimed to “help brands and game publishers successfully navigate and thrive within the rapidly growing gaming and esports industry.”
