Chicago-based esports and gaming technology company LeagueSpot announced Tuesday that it has renewed its partnership with Gallaudet University as the school’s premier community platform.
For the 2025–2027 season, LeagueSpot will help Gallaudet University secure esports experiences for hard of hearing and deaf students nationwide within the Youth Esports Series (YES) program.
Gallaudet University serves as the home of the world’s first deaf-lead esports program, and utilizes LeagueSpot’s white-label platform to run compliant, student-safe tournaments in popular titles such as Rocket League and Fortnite within its YES program. The YES program supports over 30 schools nationwide, with 250+ students participating in semester-over-semester competition, according to LeagueSpot.
“I’m excited that Gallaudet Esports is continuing our partnership with LeagueSpot to power the Youth Esports Series,” said Justin Arrigo, Esports Manager at Gallaudet. “This partnership is an important step in building a strong pipeline for the next generation, and I can’t wait to see the talent and teamwork shine.”
