Women-focused esports tournament and broadcast operator Raidiant has teamed up with Ubisoft’s popular tactical team shooter Rainbow Six Siege to create a new tournament for women in the United States called Rally Point. The aim of the new R6 tournament series is to invite women from the United States and Canada to train and compete in a competitive environment.
Officially launching on Sept. 19, Rally Point will offer a weekly matchmaking series for solo players, and come to a head with a finals broadcast in December 2025. The competition will feature a modest prize pool of A $10,000 USD for the top performing players, distributed across the regular season and playoffs.
A Rally Point Discord has also been launched and is open to anyone who shares the commitment of the tournament series and its operator to foster a positive space for women. While the tournament centers on supporting women participants, Raidiant said in its announcement that it welcomes “all allies who embrace Rally Point’s values of respect, and belonging to join the server and contribute to a welcoming Rainbow Six Siege community.”
“Rally Point is a step forward in breaking down the barriers to compete in Siege,” said Véronique Bouffard, manager, Rainbow Six Siege community team at Ubisoft. “In addition, Rally Point will also feature a Discord community, reflecting Rainbow Six Siege’s ongoing commitment to building community spaces where everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to thrive.”
The schedule for the R6 Rally Point tournament is as follows:
- Registration Open: Sept. 2
- Start of Season: Sept. 19
- Last Chance to Register: Nov. 10
- End of Season: Nov. 15
- Finals Broadcast: Dec. 12

Raidiant is best known for The Milk Cup, a Fortnite competitive tournament series for women supported by Raidiant, MilkPEP, and content creator ThePeachCobbler. The Esports Advocate chronicled the origins of that competition earlier this year in this feature article.
