India-based esports and gaming festival company NODWIN Gaming announced that it has partnered with consulting firm SARC Global.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Describing itself as a “strategic advisory and consulting firm,” SARC Global will help NODWIN secure cross-border partnerships and government support for competitive gaming endeavors in regions of India such as Maharashtra, Bihar, and Rajasthan. The company will also help create “esports-friendly policies with government stakeholders.” SARC claims it will do this by utilizing its “expertise in policy advocacy, investment facilitation, and cross-border partnerships.”

“This partnership is an important step towards unlocking the true potential of esports in India,” said NODWIN Gaming CEO Gautam Singh Virk. “What we’re trying to do here is bridge the world of competitive gaming with the business and policy frameworks that will allow it to thrive in the long run. With SARC Global bringing their expertise in policy advocacy and investments, and NODWIN bringing our experience in building communities and IPs, we’re setting the stage for an esports ecosystem that is not only sustainable but also future-ready.”

On a related note, SARC opened offices in California last month, and plans to expand into other regions such as France, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, and South Korea in the next five to seven years. Besides its lobbying work, SARC provides legal services; regulatory compliance expertise; consultancy on gaming, cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence, ESG, and mergers & acquisitions; and much more.

Separately, NODWIN announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Games and Esports Tribunal (IGET) to use its dispute resolution framework across its tournament operations. The MoU was formally signed during Global Esports Industry Week 2025 in Austin, Texas. IGET was created by the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) in partnership with the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center (WIPO AMC) to deliver “tailored and globally accessible Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services.”

The new deal follows NODWIN’s international acquisition spree in 2024 and 2025; the company, which was owned by India-based Nazara Technologies (it reduced its stake to below 51% this year), has acquired Comic Con India, influencer and MCN business Trinity Gaming, the agency business side of AFK Gaming (the editorial side has since been closed in favor of a daily newsletter), European esports and gaming marketing agency Freaks 4U Gaming, West Asia/Turkey-focused gaming/esports marketing agency Ninja Global, Singapore-based live events company Branded, and tournament organizer StarLadder. The company has also secured partnerships with the Esports World Cup Foundation and Sony LIV in 2025, and acquired partial ownership of Evolution Championship Series from Sony alongside Saudi government owned city project Qiddiya (who acquired EVO organizer RTS).
