Crypto casino platform Roobet announced this week that it has signed former Call of Duty professional player (eight-time Call of Duty Major Champion) and 100 Thieves founder Matthew “Nadeshot” Haag to a sponsorship deal.

Financial terms and duration of this new deal were not disclosed.

While Nadeshot resides in the United States, Roobet is not available for use in the United States, which is primarily where the audience he would be advertising to resides. Roobet is also not legal to use in Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Columbia, Denmark, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, North Korea, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine, United States (including the Virgin Islands, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, Marianas Islands and American Samoa), and Vatican City. More details about restrictions on specific games can be found on this Roobet help page.

While terms of the deal were not revealed, it is likely that Roobet branding will appear on his social media channels, on his landing pages for various content creation platforms, during streams, and the occasional Roobet-focused stream where he plays various casino games.

The news was announced in a splashy video on X:

Nadeshot has a substantial following across social media and content creation platforms including Twitch (2.3 million followers) YouTube (3.22 million), X (2.8 million followers), Instagram (1.1 million), and TikTok (664,000 followers). He is also the founder of 100 Thieves and a former team captain of OpTic Gaming.
