India-based gaming festival and esports tournament company NODWIN Gaming announced Wednesday that it will continue its partnership with District by Zomato as the official ticketing partner for its key intellectual properties in the region.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Under the terms of this partnership, NODWIN will continue to support District by Zomato’s top cultural and gaming IPs including Comic Con India, NH7 Weekender, and DreamHack India.
“Ticketing is the final and most crucial step in connecting fans to our events, and our ongoing partnership with District by Zomato reflects the strong mutual trust we’ve built over time,” Akshat Rathee, co-founder and MD, NODWIN Gaming said. “Their commitment to delivering a seamless experience aligns perfectly with our goal of making India’s biggest cultural events accessible and enjoyable from the very first click.”
Comic Con India brings entertainment and gaming together in one place through a multi-day event featuring booths, panels, discussions, product and franchise debuts, exclusives, and more that celebrate comic books, entertainment, anime, manga, gaming, and more. NH7 Weekender is an annual music and comedy festival held in India and organized by NODWIN that has been running since 2010. Finally, DreamHack India brings ESL FACEIT Group’s popular gaming competition and cultural convention to the country on an annual basis. This year’s DreamHack India takes place in Hyderabad, India, from Oct.31 – Nov. 2.
Today’s announcement follows news in July that the company had partnered with the Esports World Cup Foundation and Sony LIV.
