Paris-Saint Germain Esports (PSG Esports) and Talon Esports announced Tuesday that they will continue their partnership for PSG.Talon, and will compete for the 2025 League of Legends esports season. PSG. Talon competes in the League of Legends Pacific Championship Series (PCS). Talon Esports and PSG Esports launched the partnership in 2020.
As part of this continuing collaboration on competing in LoL esports, PSG Esports has secured a partnership for the team with Qatar Airways, who will serve as its front-of-jersey sponsor. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The 2025 season introduces the League of Legends Championship Pacific (LCP) — Riot’s newly formed league that consolidates several regional leagues in the ecosystem under one banner including PCS (Pacific Championship Series), LJL (League of Legends Japan League), LCO (League of Legends Circuit Oceania), and VCS (Vietnam Championship Series).
“We’re thrilled to once again partner with PSG Esports and welcome Qatar Airways as the front of jersey sponsor for our League of Legends team,” said Sean Zhang, CEO and co-founder of Talon Esports. “PSG Esports has been an incredible partner and together we’ve built a globally recognized team brand within League of Legends. With Qatar Airways now joining, we are creating even more opportunities to elevate the fan experience and grow the reach of the team worldwide.”
In addition to their collaboration on League of Legends esports, PSG Esports also works collaboratively with Talon on a top-tier Rainbow Six Siege team. PSG Esports fields professional teams in other esports including EA FC 24 and Arena of Valor, as well.
In March, ExitLag became an official sponsor of Talon Esports, supporting its competitive teams across Asia including its League of Legends (Taiwan), Valorant (South Korea), Dota 2 (Philippines), and Arena of Valor (Thailand) rosters.
