Venues and ticketing information revealed for 2025 VCT Champions in Paris later this year

Venues and ticketing information revealed for 2025 VCT Champions in Paris later this year.

Riot Games recently announced that the finale for the 2025 Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) season will take place at two venues—the Les Arènes de Grand Paris Sud – Evry-Courcouronnes and the Accor Arena in Paris, France, from Sept. 12 – Oct. 5.

The Les Arènes de Grand Paris Sud – Evry-Courcouronnes has a seating capacity of 3,000 (depending on configuration), while Accor Arena has a maximum capacity of 20,300 (though the average sporting event there usually accommodates anywhere from 15,000 – 16,000).

Riot also announced that it will use the verification system it first deployed for the 2024 LoL World Championship for those interested in buying tickets. This is meant to curb scalping (or the practice of buying tickets up and selling them at a higher price by third-parties). Potential ticket buyers must have an “active Riot Account and the account must have a record of at least one game played,” according to the announcement.

Starting on May 30 and running through to June 15, players will need to visit the Champions Ticket Eligibility page and log in with their Riot account to get verified. Once the account is verified, players will receive an email from Riot (starting in July, and being sent out in waves) with a one-time use access code and a link to a private sales page.  Riot added in its announcement that “going through the verification process and receiving a code does not guarantee a ticket,” and that tickets are subject to availability. Once again partner Mastercard will offer a presale to verified customers.

Tickets will officially go on sale to verified customers on the following dates/at the following times:

  • USA Time – Wednesday, July 10 at 3AM PT
  • EMEA Time – Thursday, July 10 at 12PM CEST
  • Korea Time – Thursday, July 10 at 6PM KST

Mastercard Presale:

  • USA Time – Wednesday, July 9 at 3AM PT
  • EMEA Time – Thursday, July 9 at 12PM CEST
  • Korea Time – Thursday, July 9 at 6PM KST

More details on the 2025 VCT Champions can be found in this announcement.

The 2025 VCT Champions will offer a total prize pool of $2.25 million USD, with $1 million of it going to the overall champion. As of this writing, the top 16 teams that will compete in Paris are still competing to get to the final event of the season either through accumulating enough points or by winning their respective region’s splits (four teams from each region—Americas, China, EMEA, and Pacific).
