London-based gaming and esports-focused marketing agency Upwards Agency announced Tuesday the launch of a Valorant Clip contest and a donation drive to support the Neurodiversity Alliance, a charity dedicated to supporting neurodiverse students, individuals, their allies, and supporters.
The clip competition will give the winner $500 USD, and donate $500 to the Neurodiversity Alliance—that donation will come directly from Upwards Agency CEO George Geddes. In addition, Sentinels Valorant player Zachary “zekken” Patrone and Team BBL’s Elias “Jamppi” Olkkonen, and others (shown in the image above) will support and promote the charitable endeavor. Those interested in participating in the clip competition can do so by visiting this link.
Generally speaking, a neurodivergent individual is someone whose brain functions diverge from the dominant societal standards. Examples of this might be individuals who have autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and dyslexia.
The mission of the Neurodiversity Alliance (formerly Eye to Eye) is to “improve the educational experience and outcomes of students who learn differently, while growing the neurodiversity movement for a more equitable and inclusive society for all,” and envisions a “world that fully embraces and values neurodiversity.”

“Neurodivergent individuals are deeply woven into the fabric of esports and gaming. Their innovation, perspective, and passion have helped define what this space looks like today,” Upwards CEO George Geddes said in a release. “It’s our responsibility to not only acknowledge that but to actively support and uplift them through meaningful action. This competition is just the start. I’m committed to running more community-based initiatives, launching regular content competitions, and making continued personal donations to causes that advocate for neurodiversity. Through Upwards, I want to build a platform that not only delivers great work but also gives back to the people who make this industry what it is.”
Founded in 2024 by former esports journalist George Geddes, Upwards Agency describes itself as a “full-service creative and marketing agency specializing in the gaming and esports industries offering 24/7 support across social media, content production, campaign strategy, graphic design, and more.”
