Game publisher Ubisoft and FocusFuel announced a retail partnership with GNC to bring its Assassin’s Creed Shadows codes as part of a bundle with caffeine gummies products coming to 2,000 stores in the United States.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
As part of this retail product rollout in the U.S., FocusFuel is working with Ubisoft to introduce a brand-new, GNC-exclusive Citrus Yuzu flavor inspired by the upcoming launch of Assassin’s Creed Shadows. Consumers who purchase this new product will also receive an in-game code to receive a cosmetic item and a currency pack.
FocusFuel Citrus Yuzu contains six gummies and will also include a redeemable code that Assassin’s Creed Shadows players can use to pre-load an “exclusive FocusFuel-inspired naginata.”

FocusFuel claims its product is a “portable – and tasty – option to support consumers’ on-the-go lifestyles featuring a “blend of natural caffeine from guarana and green tea, and brain-boosting formula of Nootropics.” the company said in a release. The product is equivalent to “three cups of coffee.” Beginning today, FocusFuel Citrus Yuzu is available for $5.49 USD.
FocusFuel gummies launched direct-to-consumer in late January 2024; the company claims that it has sold more 1.75M gummies to-date and reached more than 40,000 customers. The company’s investors include NBA star Grant Williams, GRAMMY Award-winning Country artist Shay Mooney, gaming influencers KYRSp33dy, Chilled Chaos, and Kruzadar, among others.
