Achieveminds Coaching launches.

A new competitive gaming coaching platform called Achieveminds Coaching officially launched on Monday. The platform aims to enhance “esports performance through holistic coaching” by providing players of all skill levels with “expert guidance in mindset, nutrition, sleep, fitness, and gameplay, ensuring comprehensive development both in and out of the game,” according to a release.

The platform promises one-on-one coaching tailored to the users specific needs; resources to receive expert advice and other information on sleep, mental focus, fitness, and nutrition; and a community focused on improving skills and receiving encouragement, among other things.

Achieveminds Coaching is the brainchild of Fabian Broich, who has worked at a number of top European esports organizations in a coaching or player performance role. Those organizations include FC Schalke 04 esports, Berlin International Gaming (BIG), EXCEL, and Astralis, among others. The new platform is an extension of Achieveminds,  a performance consulting agency that focuses on “talent representation, performance support, and organizational optimization.”

“Achieveminds Coaching is about equipping esports athletes and organizations with the tools to thrive in a competitive and high-pressure environment,” said Fabian Broich, founder of Achieveminds Coaching. “We understand the unique demands of esports, and our platform provides seamless access to experts who can make a real difference in performance and well-being. Together with Nordic Group LTD, we’re building a future where excellence and mental health go hand in hand.”

Also helping shape this new coaching platform are Dr. James Morehen, head of performance nutrition – lead performance nutritionist at England Rugby with over a decade of experience working with athletes in rugby, football, boxing, and motorsport; and Sinikka Heisler, head of sports psychology, who has worked with  in traditional sports with Hamburger SV and VfL Wolfsburg, as well as with esports teams G2 Esports and FaZe Clan.

More details about this new platform, available on mobile devices and Windows, can be found at achievemindscoaching.com.
