Latin American esports organization KRÜ Esports formally announced Friday that it has signed a partnership deal with Samsung Electronics, though news of the partnership was revealed in a video on YouTube a few weeks ago.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
While specifics on this new partnership were not disclosed, we assume KRÜ will promote Samsung products such as mobile devices in its home region, and the brand on jerseys, across social media platforms, during live events and competitions, and through its network of content creators.
“At KRÜ we work every day to continue being the most outstanding club in Latin America, and with this alliance, we reaffirm our commitment to remain at the forefront and continue positioning ourselves as leaders in the region,” said KRÜ Esports Marketing Director Rodrigo Santillan. “We thank Samsung for their trust and support; We are confident that this collaboration will be key to continue growing together in the future of esports.”
KRÜ currently competes in Valorant, Rocket League, Counter-Strike 2, and operates a women’s Valorant Game Changers team under Visa KRÜ Blaze.
Samsung joins other KRÜ sponsors and partners including Puma, Disney+, Fitchin, Logitech G, and Nvidia Geforce, among others.
