Razer sponsors Sentinels' Valorant tournament Sen City Classic.

Los Angeles-based esports organization Sentinels announced Wednesday the global gaming peripherals company Razer has signed on as the presenting partner for the Sen City Classic, an upcoming Valorant tournament featuring top teams from Los Angeles and a $20K USD total prize pool. Razer signed a year-long partnership with Sentinels in June.

Taking place Nov. 1 – 3, Sentinels will be joined by top LA-area teams including Cloud9, Evil Geniuses, and NRG. The first two days of the competition will use “pool play,” where each team will be required to play each other at least once in a best-of-three format, with the second and third best teams from pool play slugging it out to compete against the #1 pool play team in a grand final.

The schedule is as follows (each day of the competitions starts at 1 p.m. PST):

Friday (Nov. 1)

  • 1 p.m. – Sentinels vs. Cloud9
  • 4 p.m. – SEN vs. Evil Geniuses
  • 7 p.m. – NRG vs. Evil Geniuses

Saturday (Nov. 2)

  • 1 p.m. – Evil Geniuses vs. Cloud9
  • 4 p.m. – NRG vs. Cloud9
  • 7 p.m. – Sentinels vs. NRG

Sunday/Playoffs (Nov. 3)

  • 1 p.m. – Second vs. Third from pool play
  • 4 p.m. – Grand Final

Sen City Classic will be hosted by Sentinels streamer and content creator Tarik Celik and fans can watch it via his Twitch channel or on Sentinels’ YouTube channel. Content creators interested in co-streaming the event can also get involved by reaching out to Sentunels directly, according to the announcement. Fans interested in attending the tournament in person may purchase tickets through Sentinels’ Sen Society Fan Club.

Finally, Sentinels said that it will have an “exciting announcement” related to Razer during the competition.
