  • China – KPL Dream Team
  • France – Team Vitality
  • Indonesia – KAGENDRA

The SEA invite will be determined on July 30, when Indonesia’s Rex Regum Qeon and Philippines’ BOOM Esports go head-to-head in the SEA Showdown, with the winner securing the final spot.

To celebrate the upcoming event in Riyadh, Honor of Kings will release a new Esports World Cup skin called “Heavenblade” for dual-sword-wielding hero Allain. To coincide with the release of this new skin, Honor of Kings is also releasing a theme song for the Honor of Kings Esports called “Invincible” on July 29, which was produced by Mighty Mike and mixed by the Grammy-award-winning audio mixer Tom Norris.

Finally, Level Infinite revealed that Honor of Kings players can keep up with the Honor of Kings Invitational Midseason, 2024 Riyadh by participating in Honor of Kings in-game events. From July 26 to Aug. 4, players can earn event currency by logging in, playing matches, or spectating matches, and spending earned currency to flip the 12 squares that represent the 12 squads and claim rewards, with a chance to get Allain Epic skin.

The Honor of Kings Invitational Midseason, 2024 Riyadh will be streamed live on YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, TikTok, and through the Honor of Kings’ in-game TV.

The Esports World Cup is funded by a grant from the Saudi Arabian government, while competitions are being facilitated by ESL FACEIT Group, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Savvy Games Group—which in turn is owned by the Saudi government’s Public Investment Fund and its Chairman of the board is Saudi Arabia’s de facto ruler HRH Crown Prince MBS.
