Breach Block Party planned for June 22

Oxygen Esports and Call of Duty League team Boston Breach announced Monday that they will host a “Breach Block Party” on June 22 at Helix Esports at Patriot Place in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

The esports event will support Project Purple (a non-profit organization aiding in the fight against pancreatic cancer) and will focus on Call of Duty League esports action—specifically the upcoming Breach vs. OpTic Texas match.

The Breach Block Party will also feature professional Call of Duty players and content creators such as Call of Duty world champion Doug “Censor” Martin; content creators TDawg and Ch0pper (hosts of the Call of Duty podcast, “Going Dark”), as well as several Boston Breach players.

Activities include a live, on-site recording of the “Going Dark” podcast; fan-focused Call of Duty competitions, a live pull-up workout with Censor (he’s currently training to break the Guinness World Record for pull-ups with a target of 11,111 in 24 hours), and exclusive meet-and-greet opportunities with the Boston Breach team and content creators, including Preistahh, Snoopy, MajorManiak, and Beans, following the conclusion of their match against OpTic Texas.

The schedule for the Breach Block Party is as follows:

  • 1:30 PM – Doors open
  • 2:00 PM – Going Dark Live Podcast Show ft. TDawg & Ch0pper
  • 3:00 PM – Live CDL Watch Party
  • 4:00 PM – Call of Duty Fan Tournament
  • 6:00 – 7:30 PM – Breach vs. OpTic Live, Interactive Watch Party
  • 7:30 PM – Breach player & content creator postgame meet & greet

While the Breach Block Party is free to attend, fans need to RSVP here in order to attend. Those wishing to donate to Project Purple can find more information here.
